GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS

a) What is the science behind genetically modified foods?
Genetically modified foods (GM foods, or biotech foods) are foods derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), such as genetically modified foods or genetically modified fish. GMOs have had specific changes introduced into their DNA by genetic engineering techniques.
b) What foods are affected by this technology?
Fruits and vegetables (papayas,potatoes,zucchini),Cooking oil, margarine, shortening and Sugar are affected with this technology but when received then put some things in the food and make it prevent any hazards when a person eats it.  
c) What are the problems with this technology?
the problems is that it can cause diseases and deadly viruses that are very bad for us but luckily we have men on the job.there are over 500 viruses and can cause diseases like cancer and other diseases like as bad as cancer.
d) What action has been taken to try and prevent the technology developing?
the people would engineer the food to resist the virus and in the markets when they get the item they always test the food to check if it is fine also when received they put something to not be deadly or poisonous.
